How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Most AngelMonsteRrr items are made when ordered; it usually takes 3 business days to process, make, and package. Once in the mail it can take less than a week to two weeks to arrive depending on your location. *For International customers it can take two to three weeks.
Is there anything I should know about your handmade items?
Yes! Please keep in mind that everything is individually made and slight differences will occur between the item you recieve and the item that is pictured, but no item will ever be misrepresented!
How should I care for my items?
Do not take a shower, swim, or do anything that would cause your item to get wet. While each peice is sprayed with a special gloss, excessive water may damage your jewelry.
What kind of information do I get when I subscribe to the mailing list?
When you subscribe to the mailing list you get sneak peeks at products that will be coming to the store and you'll get an e-mail when those products are available. I also send e-mails about site updates and changes that are happening with the website and sometimes I do special discounts specifically for subscribers.
How can I quit getting e-mails if I do not want to be a member anymore?
At the end of every e-mail sent there will be some text that says "click here to opt out" and a link that follows after. Just click the link and you will be automatically deleted from the mailing list. You can still become a member again if you wish to at any time.
Why are some of the apparel one size?
These products are Korean and Japanese based fashion and unfortanately, most of the time, there are no options for small, medium, large or x-large. This apparel usually comes in one size and fits best on a size medium figure. Please read the measurements and refer to the size chart.
