My item was damaged in the mail, can I get a refund?
Please be aware that Angel MonsteRrr is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items in the mail. I apologize for any inconvenience, but refunds will not be given. I secure all items in tissue paper, and place it into a bubble wrap lined envelope.
Can I get a refund or exchange my item?
Refunds and exchanges can only be given if your item has not been mailed yet! Please contact Angel MonsteRrr with in 24 hours of your purchase.
Can I get a refund or exchange if my order does not fit me?
Angel MonsteRrr will only refund NON-Handmade apparel. Please contact Angel MonsteRrr with in 24 hours upon recieving the clothing you ordered. Angel MonsteRrr will only accept the following:
-An e-mail with in 24 hours stating the apparel you purchased and why you would like to refund this item.
-Tags must be on the garment.
-No stains, No bad odors, No damages or altercations to the garment.
You will have 7 days to return the item to the return address. Once the item is recieved your money will be refunded back to the credit card you payed with.
Can I get a refund or exchange on any other merchandise?
I provide measurements on all apparel, including handmade tees and jewelry. I also give descriptions and measurements on most other non-handmade accessories. Please review carefully the description of each item you are going to purchase. If you need something smaller or larger feel free to contact me. Otherwise no refunds or exchanges will be given once you recieve your items. Note that I can only make chains, rings, and handmade tees smaller or larger.
